Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.Β  Occasionally orders may take longer to process due to high order volume or temporary stock issues.Β  If there is a delay in your order processing, we will contact you.Β  Please note order processing time and expected shipping transit times are separate.Β  Your total time to delivery will be the order process time plus the shipping transit time.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our 2888 Rodman Dr., Seneca Falls, NY location.Β  After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick upΒ typically within 1Β business day. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours areΒ 8am to 3:30pmΒ Monday thru Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order withinΒ 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact usΒ using the contact form on the websiteΒ with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.Β  If your shipping address is a P.O. box, we will attempt to contact you for a physical shipping address.Β  If we are unable to reach you, we will cancel the order and issue a refund.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up toΒ 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible using the contact form on our website with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.Β  We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
