At Pro Stands we have a pretty standard playbook. We try to get all of our features built into the manufacturing process and let the machines do all the work. Rather than drilling a bunch of holes, we use custom extrusions and laser-cut slots. Rather than priming and painting, we choose aluminum materials instead of steel. Rather than trotting out dozens of size variations, we stock a limited number of SKUs that cover pretty much all units.
Our aluminum extrusions are sourced from Franklin, NH and Buffalo, NY. Our laser cut work is done in New York and Maine. Our punching is done at a small family fabrication shop. Our welding and stocking is done right here at our home base in Seneca Falls, NY.
